Rosé

From the Adams Ranch Vineyard Cinsaut block in clay loam and sand. Picked for the purpose of rose, completely destemmed and cold fermented with Champagne yeast in stainless steel over the course of the winter and bottled prior to the spring release.

Appellation Paso Robles, Willow Creek AVA

  • Blend 70% Grenache, 30% Cinsaut

    Alcohol % 12.5

    Picked for the purpose of rosé in September 2022, whole cluster bladder pressed and cold fermented in stainless steel. Farmed on the sandy clay loam blocks at the Ledge estate in the Willow Creek District AVA of Paso Robles. This has all of the benchmarks of a Provence style rosé; fresh, aromatic, clean and absolutely delicious.
